Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.

We ask that before returning any product to us, please email us and let us know you would like to request an exchange.
We do not cover the cost of returned items for exchange. If you're local to our studio, then we are happy to exchange your item in person, to be arranged beforehand via email.
Once your item is returned, you will receive a notification email, and your exchange will be processed and your new item shipped out within 10 business days.
